STANDARD ( 1  to 7 business days)

Note: There is a standard 1-2 business day processing time we take to prepare your order before shipment. 

Processing time excludes Saturday and Sunday and major holidays. 

 

 

What is a pre order item?

Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. When purchasing a Pre-Order item, you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style and size. The expected shipping date for Pre-Order items will be clearly noted on the product page. This date is only an estimate and is subject to change.

 

In stock order with a pre order?

We recommend purchasing two separate orders for in stock order and pre order.  The currently available in stock items will be shipped as regular delivery base on the time frame indicated or maybe delayed longer than the date expected. The pre-order items will be shipped at a later time estimated. Please be patient and do not worry. If you placed an order, you will receive your package. 

Tracking numbers?

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order.

 

We are working around the clock to get all shipments out as soon as possible. 

When you first place an order you'll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information
